- “Member” / “User” / “End User”: An individual who creates an account, joins an organization, registers for events, or makes payments through Izypas.
- “Admin”: Authorized representative(s) of an Organization with management access.
3. Acceptance and Scope
These Terms apply to all users of Izypas, including:
- Organization administrators
- Members of organizations
- Event participants
- Visitors to the Izypas website or app
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent if under 18, and that you are legally permitted to use our services.
4. Platform Access
You can access Izypas through:

- Our official mobile applications available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store (where applicable)
Izypas may update or discontinue parts of the platform at any time without notice.
5. Account Registration and Use

Organizations are responsible for the conduct of their admins and agree not to misuse user data provided through the platform.
7. Payment Handling
Izypas collects payments on behalf of organizations for:
- Memberships or subscriptions
- Event tickets or entry fees
- Donations or other association-related purchases
Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, MobilePay). Izypas does not store full card numbers.
All receipts, confirmations, and tax-relevant documents are issued digitally via Izypas.
8. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights
All content, branding, source code, features, and functionality on Izypas are the intellectual property of Izypas unless otherwise noted.
Users and organizations may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or reverse engineer the platform or its components
- Use the Izypas name, logo, or branding without written permission
- Upload or distribute copyrighted material without authorization
Content uploaded by organizations (e.g., event images or documents) remains their property but grants Izypas a license to display it on the platform as needed.
9. User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to:
- Use the platform only for its intended purpose
- Provide truthful and lawful information
- Respect other users and avoid abusive behavior
- Not upload harmful code, spam, or illegal content
- Comply with all local, national, and international laws

We strive to keep Izypas available at all times, but we do not guarantee:

- Error-free functionality

14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Izypas shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or goodwill
- Downtime, service interruptions, or data access issues
- Actions of third-party service providers
Izypas’ total liability under these Terms will not exceed the total amount paid to Izypas in the last 12 months, if applicable.
